Asset Protection Investigator

Job Summary

Monitoring alarm systems and supporting overnight business operations, the full-time Asset Protection Investigator will remotely oversee security incidents, document events, and assist corporate employees with asset protection concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor computer terminals for security alarms and maintain a daily log of events, escalating issues as necessary
• Respond to real-time emergencies and critical incidents, employing established best practices for safety
• Collect and document security incident information, including reviewing CCTV footage and supporting access control environments

Required Qualifications:

• Background in security systems with 2 years of experience in service-based security operations preferred
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Access Control Systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills
• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing environments
• Proven collaboration and de-escalation skills in team settings
