Asset Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Recovery Specialist to manage consumer loan repossessions and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate voluntary and involuntary repossessions, ensuring timely sales of collateral
• Act as a resource for complex inquiries and maintain accurate records of repossessions
• Oversee repossession companies and manage communication with dealerships and insurance companies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in asset/collateral recovery or specialty collections
• Thorough knowledge of collection and bankruptcy laws and procedures
• Hands-on experience with the credit union's collection guidelines
• Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
