Asset Registration Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Registration Technician (ART) in Field Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete client and vendor work for property registration, renewals, code violations, and de-registrations
• Maintain daily portfolio, update production logs, and manage client systems
• Respond to client emails promptly and support daily client interactions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous office and computer experience, particularly with Microsoft systems
• Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred
• Knowledge of property management, construction, and property insurance preferred
• Completion of required training programs related to client registration and business rules
