Asset Registration Technician

Job Summary

To support client and vendor interactions, the part-time Asset Registration Technician will manage property registrations, renewals, and code violations while maintaining production logs and responding to client communications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Complete client and vendor work for property registration, renewals, and de-registrations
• Maintain and update daily production logs and client systems
• Respond to client emails within two hours and monitor client renewals

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous office and computer experience, specifically with Microsoft systems
• Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred
• Knowledge of property management and construction preferred
• Completion of required training programs for client registration and business rules
