Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Asset Resolution Specialist will manage a portfolio of loans in default, implementing loss mitigation strategies and assisting customers through workout plans to avoid default.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of loans in default, implementing loss mitigation strategies and addressing technical foreclosure questions
• Analyze workout options for delinquent loans and propose the best return option for investors
• Negotiate loss mitigation strategies with investors and set clear expectations with borrowers regarding loan status

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience
• Bachelor's degree
• General knowledge of the loss mitigation process
• Ability to guide customers and investors through retention and liquidation processes
• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage a pipeline effectively
