Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Account Manager I.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming payer/applicant calls and emails, resolving account-related issues
- Assist payers/applicants in setting up accounts and provide relevant information about their accounts
- Independently troubleshoot issues and ensure quality service while adhering to attendance standards
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate required; at least 2 years of college/technical school preferred
- Two years of related work experience
- Ability to meet or exceed department standards consistently
- Accountable and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
