Job Summary
Supporting brand strategy execution, the full-time Assistant Brand Manager will manage business performance tracking, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand growth, with the option for remote or hybrid work based on geographic location.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of annual brand plans and long-term strategic initiatives
- Analyze brand and category performance using syndicated data to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate execution of marketing programs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or a related field strongly preferred
- Experience in the branded CPG industry strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen)
