Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time Assistant Buyer, Men's Classic Shoes opportunity responsible for vendor selection, inventory analysis, and order management while collaborating closely with buyers and brand partners in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Buyers and brand partners to confirm order details and manage purchase orders
• Prepare Buyers for market by providing insights on historical performance and coordinating market appointments
• Review business performance and recommend in-season actions based on style insights and market trends

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Buyer, preferably in a major department store
• Strong knowledge of retail math concepts, including markup and inventory productivity measures
• Proficiency in relevant systems (RFS, AMS, PCW, NuOrder)
• Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite
