Assistant Client Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Client Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams and manage communication to ensure project quality and timely delivery
• Assist in the preparation and execution of consultant contracts and manage vendor communications
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients and project teams while overseeing multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or engineering preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry
• Knowledge of design trends, construction methodology, and architectural building systems
• Proficiency in advanced CAD drafting skills, preferably in Revit
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and building codes
