Assistant Clinical Research Manager

Job Summary

To support the Center of Early Detection & Intervention Blood Cancers, the hybrid Assistant Clinical Research Manager will assist in managing clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising research staff while collaborating closely with Clinical Research Managers and physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the oversight of clinical trial operations, including study startup, enrollment, and closeout activities
• Implement systems to ensure compliance with regulatory documentation and clinical trial reporting requirements
• Support data management and monitoring efforts, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical trials, regulatory requirements, and cancer treatment modalities
• Experience in protocol development, data compilation, and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
