- Monitor, train, and develop collectors to maximize results
- Hold collectors accountable to performance expectations and quality scores
- Audit collection activities and partner with leadership to enhance strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or financial services
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a consumer collection management role
- Minimum 3 years of call center management experience
- Knowledge of collection industry regulations
- High School Diploma or GED Required
