Assistant Commercial General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project teams and coordinate with multiple internal business groups to complete projects by required deadlines
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
• Support and advise internal business teams on the acquisition, design, and deployment of new platforms and technologies

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise, SMB, and/or consumer commercial and business development deals
• 2-3 years of law firm experience
• J.D. and licensed attorney in the US
• Experience in a people leader role managing performance, hiring, and goal setting
• Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
