Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Content Editor in the Commissioning/Acquisitions department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy market-facing surveys to inform new acquisition proposals and gather feedback on existing products
  • Coordinate external peer review of draft manuscripts for market validation
  • Project-manage and curate teaching support materials in line with instructor needs and project specifications
Qualifications:
  • Highly literate and numerate
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Prior experience in educational publishing is an advantage
  • Ability to learn and effectively use different IT systems and software
  • Ability to work well on own initiative and solve problems proactively
