Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller who will be responsible for maintaining precise financial reporting and overseeing the financial close process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
• Conduct technical accounting research and shape accounting policy
• Supervise a global team of approximately 10 members and manage external financial reporting and cash flow forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is preferred
• Significant experience in financial reporting and accounting management
• Strong understanding of GAAP standards
• Experience in team leadership and supervision
