Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to join their global finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core operations including Billing, Collections, General Accounting, Revenue, Accounts Payable, and Travel & Expense
• Drive process excellence by implementing best practices and ensuring SOX compliance
• Manage the global close process and collaborate with Regional Controllers for alignment across global operations

Required Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial disclosure requirements
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Operationally focused with a process improvement mindset
• Proficient with large-scale ERP systems and advanced Excel
