Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee full accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting functions and ensure timely financial close processes across multiple entities
• Own cost accounting processes and partner with operations for financial insights into cost drivers and profitability
• Strengthen internal controls and prepare for external audits while ensuring compliance across business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in cost or manufacturing accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidated financial reporting
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting teams
