Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee accounting operations and support financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and report on deferred revenue and revenue recognition under ASC 606/IFRS 15
• Assist in managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Oracle NetSuite experience required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
