Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller and Cost Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions, including accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Assist in establishing internal processes for cost accounting and inventory management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with NetSuite inventory management is preferred
• CMA or CPA certification is preferred but not required
