Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the Oracle NetSuite Accounts Payable (AP) module, including configuration and user training
• Analyze and migrate existing AP workflows and data from a legacy system to NetSuite
• Develop project plans and ensure deliverables and timelines are met while providing post-go-live support

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing Oracle NetSuite, focusing on the Accounts Payable module
• Proven managerial accounting expertise, including oversight of AP and financial operations
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results within timelines
• Experience migrating data from non-integrated systems into NetSuite
• Familiarity with retail accounting practices and the ability to work independently in a remote role
