Assistant Controller

Job Summary

Managing a team responsible for the month-end close, the full-time remote Assistant Controller will oversee general ledger activities, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and collaborate with various departments to support financial operations across multiple subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close process, including general ledger, A/P, payroll, and tax compliance
• Track differences between US GAAP and statutory reporting for international subsidiaries
• Partner with the Controller for external audits and support M&A activities

Required qualifications

• NetSuite and Concur experience required
• Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in high growth, SAAS tech companies
• Strong command of US GAAP and consolidation reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel
• Experience deploying and implementing accounting platforms preferred
