Assistant Controller

Job Summary

Managing a team responsible for month-end close processes, the full-time remote Assistant Controller will oversee general ledger activities, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and audits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month-end close for Global Operations, including general ledger, A/P, payroll, and tax compliance
• Track differences between US GAAP and statutory reporting for international subsidiaries
• Partner with the Controller for external audits and lead foreign subsidiary financial statement compilations

Required qualifications

• NetSuite and Concur experience required
• Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in high-growth SaaS tech companies
• Strong command of US GAAP and consolidation reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting platform deployment and ERP system integration preferred
