Assistant Controller (CPA Required)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller responsible for financial reporting and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee general ledger activities and manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Lead and mentor accounting team members while collaborating with other departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Demonstrated experience leading or supervising accounting teams
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
