Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Coordinator of Student Activities, Student Engagement & Leadership Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, promote, and implement recreational and intramural sports activities for students
- Assess student interests to develop new recreational initiatives and maintain records of participation
- Collaborate with faculty and the Wellness Hub to design co-curricular wellness initiatives that connect with academic programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Recreation Management, Student Affairs, or a related field
- Two years of experience in student activities, recreational program planning, or related fields
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools
- Ability to pass a background check as a condition of employment
