Job Summary

Providing operational and programmatic support, the full-time Assistant Director, Donor Engagement will manage functions within the Division of Philanthropy, serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders, and work remotely with occasional on-campus presence in Brookline, MA.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage operations and programs for a functional area within the Division of Philanthropy
  • Serve as a super user of databases and reporting tools, maintaining confidentiality and expertise in Excel and other management systems
  • Independently manage correspondence, reports, and presentations specific to the functional area
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of development databases and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data for decision-making
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion when interacting with stakeholders
