Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Admission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise up to 15 remote Admissions Representatives, ensuring effective skill development and performance management
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to meet new student application growth targets
  • Manage daily operations and workforce metrics, providing leadership support and addressing performance gaps
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a service delivery organization or contact center with remote staff
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Superior organizational skills and a strong understanding of management and leadership characteristics
  • Flexibility and agility in responding to evolving business priorities
