Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Admission.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and supervise up to 15 remote Admissions Representatives, ensuring effective skill development and performance management
- Develop and execute operational strategies to meet new student application growth targets
- Manage daily operations and workforce metrics, providing leadership support and addressing performance gaps
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a service delivery organization or contact center with remote staff
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced remote environment
- Superior organizational skills and a strong understanding of management and leadership characteristics
- Flexibility and agility in responding to evolving business priorities
