Job Summary
To advance LGBTQ+ rights, the full-time Assistant Director of Strategic Communications and Content will develop and execute strategic communications, manage content creation, and foster media relationships in a fully remote environment.

Required Qualifications

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in developing messaging and narrative strategies that foster understanding
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to LGBTQ+ rights and racial justice, with preferred experience in legal or nonprofit communications
