Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required
• 5-10 years of experience in online and adult-focused higher education preferred
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and online pedagogy
• Experience with learning management systems and educational technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead training and faculty development initiatives
