Assistant Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time salaried Assistant Director of Financial Planning will mentor and coach Financial Planners and Financial Counselors, ensuring they meet performance goals and compliance standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Mentor and provide coaching to Financial Counselors and Financial Planners on best practices
• Perform daily quality assessments and feedback sessions for team members
• Manage the queueing system to ensure timely assistance for prospective students

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience
• Preferred experience in a Financial Counselor role for at least 9 months or 2 years in financial aid
• At least 2 years of team management experience preferred
• Some experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
