Job Summary
To support a diverse population of graduate business students, the full-time salaried Assistant Director of Student Financial Services will provide specialized guidance on financing options and loan eligibility while serving as a School Certifying Official for military education benefits in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consultative support to students, interpreting complex federal, institutional, and VA Educational Benefit policies
- Provide one-on-one counseling to help students navigate funding landscapes and compliance requirements
- Monitor data integrity and process financial aid applications to ensure effective allocation of resources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- Two years of relevant experience in Financial Aid, Veterans Affairs, or similar fields
