Key Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of responses and rebuttals to scorecard findings impacting Foreclosure services
• Manage client communications and implement necessary changes based on directives
• Direct and manage employees through leadership and coaching, ensuring effective team performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience
• 5 years prior supervisory experience in a volume mortgage foreclosure role
• Previous experience in the mortgage default industry and related systems is a plus
