Job Summary

Overseeing complex gift revenue activities, the full-time salaried Assistant Director of Gift Operations will manage financial reconciliations, ensure operational integrity, and collaborate with various teams to enhance philanthropic finance processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage financial reconciliation and adjustment activities, ensuring accurate gift revenue reporting
  • Coordinate end-to-end philanthropic pledge and gift processing with fundraising and administrative teams
  • Collaborate with financial departments to prepare and support financial reporting and monthly closing processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in fundraising, non-profit, or related fields
  • Experience with financial operations and reconciliations in complex organizations
  • Proficiency with general ledger systems and donor or CRM platforms
  • Ability to provide guidance on gift adjustments and financial reporting
