Job Summary

As part of the Student Success team, the full-time salaried Assistant Director of Help Hub Operations will manage on-campus and remote services, ensuring holistic support for students while collaborating with staff to address various student needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of Help Hub staff and services, ensuring effective support for student inquiries
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate integrated support systems for students
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend shifts as necessary
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
  • Prior experience managing in-person and remote teams
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft, EAB Navigate, Canvas, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check
