Assistant Director of Medical Evidence Generation

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Medical Evidence Generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and conduct of Phase 4 and observational studies to generate medical evidence for marketed products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align medical evidence generation activities with business objectives
• Manage projects, including study protocols, timelines, and presentations of medical evidence to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• A PhD or Master's degree in pharmacoepidemiology, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience (PhD level) or 6 years of experience (Master's level) in Evidence Generation in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience designing and leading observational research studies using real-world data
• Strong knowledge of observational and Phase 4 study design and implementation
• Experience with data analysis, including programming in R and/or SAS, preferred
