Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Recruitment and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute national and regional recruitment strategies
  • Establish and cultivate external partnerships for candidate recruitment
  • Manage a team of Recruitment Managers and oversee lead generation efforts

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of work experience
  • Experience managing full candidate recruitment life-cycle
  • Previous management experience and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and values
