Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Recruitment and Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national and regional recruitment strategies
- Establish and cultivate external partnerships for candidate recruitment
- Manage a team of Recruitment Managers and oversee lead generation efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of work experience
- Experience managing full candidate recruitment life-cycle
- Previous management experience and coaching skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Salesforce
