Job Summary

Supporting the academic and personal success of undergraduate students, the full-time salaried Assistant Director of Student Success will provide holistic advising, 1:1 coaching, and collaborate with campus resources while leading student success seminars.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic advising and 1:1 coaching to students regarding their academic and personal goals
• Collaborate with School/College advisors and central units to create a seamless support network for students
• Develop and implement inclusive programming and lead student success seminars to promote academic resilience

Required qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years of higher education experience or bachelor's degree with 5+ years of higher education experience
• Demonstrated interest in student success and first-year/transfer experiences
• Experience advising students or student organizations
• Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse groups
