Job Summary

Leading video and motion-based storytelling initiatives, the full-time salaried Assistant Director of Video Production will serve as producer, director, and lead editor to advance the Division's mission and support significant fundraising efforts, while working remotely with occasional on-campus presence in Brookline, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to target audiences and exceed revenue goals
• Oversee creative execution and production of marketing collateral from concept to completion
• Research, write, and edit various content types, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in video production or marketing
• Strong marketing and advertising knowledge, with the ability to develop strategic plans
• Proficient in data analysis to inform marketing decisions and strategies
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
