Job Summary
Assistant Facility Manager, a full-time position responsible for supporting the Account Team in delivering retail engineering services and managing vendor relationships while ensuring high service delivery standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3rd Party Vendor Outsourcing Program and oversee service delivery to remote retail locations
- Oversee account platforms, work order management, and compliance tracking for maintenance services
- Enforce safety policies and collaborate on best practices for Integrated Facilities Management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of two years of industry experience in a corporate environment or service provider role
- Experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced service programs
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of facility management operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software systems
