Assistant Faculty in Accounting - Online

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Faculty in Accounting - Online (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze student activity within discussions and assessments, respond appropriately, and escalate unique issues to the lead instructor
• Assist in managing student communications and grading, monitor engagement levels, and provide student support as needed
• Develop supplemental support materials, provide tutoring, and assist with student outreach

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate with a concentration in Accounting or a Doctorate in Business with a Master's degree in Accounting
• 18-semester credits or 27 quarter hours of graduate coursework in Accounting
• Active CPA License highly preferred
• Professional experience in the field of study and previous teaching experience
• Online teaching experience and experience using Canvas preferred
