Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Finance Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client invoices and payments
  • Respond to client and internal requests promptly and with high-quality communication
  • Participate in inter-departmental coordination and goal-driven opportunities

Required Qualifications:
  • 6 months - 1 year of billing and collections experience or relevant education in payroll/accounting
  • Previous finance internships or 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in various technology systems including ERP & CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
  • 10-key by touch
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and excellent organization skills
