A company is looking for an Assistant Finance Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client invoices and payments
- Respond to client and internal requests promptly and with high-quality communication
- Participate in inter-departmental coordination and goal-driven opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months - 1 year of billing and collections experience or relevant education in payroll/accounting
- Previous finance internships or 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in various technology systems including ERP & CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
- 10-key by touch
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and excellent organization skills
