Assistant Financial Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyze, and interpret financial reporting and forecasting data across a Multi Country Organization
• Perform variance analysis versus budget and prior periods, identifying performance drivers and opportunities
• Prepare management presentations and insights for senior leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable messages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or professional certification is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or management reporting, preferably in a multi-country organization
• Strong hands-on experience in financial consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems and BI tools is advantageous
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
