Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel (Global Contracts).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of attorneys in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts globally
Develop and streamline contract operations through the use of AI, software tools, and improved processes
Support complex negotiations, advise various departments, and lead contract integration during M&A activities

Qualifications:

JD and admitted to a bar in any U.S. state
10+ years of experience in the software industry with a focus on commercial negotiations
Experience in building and leading high-performing teams in fast-growing environments
Strong knowledge of legal concepts in negotiations and privacy law related to software contracting
Experience with contract management software and technology tools
