Assistant General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel for a global AI-driven clean-tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in negotiations with various stakeholders
• Lead due diligence efforts and develop major parts of the company's legal function
• Provide immediate legal and business advice to internal clients and guide global business operations

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in mergers and acquisitions
• Strong desire to provide leverage and support to the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel
• Interest in working in a global company and ability to collaborate with remote teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• J.D. and active admission to a state bar
