Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise internal business teams on legal and operational issues
Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance
Review marketing and product materials and advise on the development of new products

Qualifications:

4+ years of legal experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department
Experience with regulatory issues, particularly in data privacy, insurance, or finance
Detail-oriented with exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments under pressure
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in good standing
