Assistant General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements in the healthcare industry
• Provide legal and commercial contract advice to business stakeholders
• Handle ad-hoc projects across various business, legal, and strategic issues

Required Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited school and current member in good standing with the state bar
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant in-house and/or law firm experience, ideally in digital healthcare
• Ability to think and decide quickly, and communicate legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely
• Experience negotiating complex contracts in the digital healthcare space is a plus
• Willingness to learn new subject matters quickly and drive projects from start to finish
