Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Integrity Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the compliance program for the healthcare organization
  • Conduct reviews and audits of clinical risk areas
  • Evaluate medical records for compliance with documentation, coding, and billing requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Five years experience with clinical documentation, billing, and coding
  • Familiarity with a high complex administrative and financial environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and previous success in dealing with staff at all levels
  • Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient professional documentation, coding, billing requirements
