Job Summary

Overseeing maintenance operations at a single site, the full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager will ensure equipment reliability, champion a safety-first culture, and support team development while working onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety protocols and ensure compliance through training and audits
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and achieve key performance indicators
• Supervise maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment and conducting regular performance meetings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Technical knowledge in maintenance management or reliability certifications preferred
• Experience with conveyor systems and robotics in logistics and fulfillment centers is a plus
