Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing maintenance operations at a single site, the full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager will ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance while supporting team development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and achieve key performance indicators
• Supervise maintenance technicians, providing coaching and development opportunities to foster a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required
• Technical certification in maintenance management or reliability is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field is preferred or 5+ years of relevant management experience
