Job Summary

Overseeing maintenance operations at a single site, the full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager will ensure equipment reliability, champion a safety-first culture, and support team development while working onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety protocols and ensure compliance through regular audits and incident resolution
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Supervise maintenance technicians, conducting regular meetings to align on site objectives and support skill development

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations
• Proficient in preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred OR 5+ years of relevant management experience
• Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, PMP) is a plus
