Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing maintenance operations at a single site, the full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager will ensure equipment reliability, champion a safety-first culture, and support team development while working onsite in Ashburn, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to maintain compliance
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Supervise maintenance technicians and conduct regular meetings to align team objectives and provide coaching

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations
• Proficiency in preventive and predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as required
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred, or 5+ years of relevant management experience
• Certification in maintenance management or reliability (e.g., CMRP, PMP) is a plus
