Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing maintenance operations at a single site, the full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager will ensure equipment reliability, champion a safety-first culture, and support team development while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Champion safety protocols and ensure compliance through audits and training
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
• Supervise maintenance technicians and foster a collaborative team environment

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in maintenance operations
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Certification in maintenance management or reliability is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field is preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience
